How to use as a steam:

1. Add 3 tablespoons (about half a bag) of the facial steam blend to a bowl or facial steamer.
2. Add 1–2 liters of boiled water to your bowl (depending on size).
3. Place the bowl on a stable surface and position your face approximately 30 cm above it.
4. Drape a towel over your head and bowl to create a steam tent.
5. Steam your face for 15–30 minutes, then pat-dry or rinse with cool water.

How to use as a tea:

1. Add 1–2 teaspoons of the tea blend to a teapot or strainer.
2. Pour in at least 250 ml of boiling water and allow to steep for a minimum of 3 minutes.
3. Pour and enjoy. This tea is best served on its own.
