Preparation
Add 1–2 teaspoons per cup of freshly boiled water and steep for 5–7 minutes. Enjoy hot, or allow to cool and serve over ice for a refreshing herbal tea (can also be blended with herbs such as Rosehip, Elderberry or Cinnamon). Adjust strength to suit your taste.
